How quickly will I receive search results?
Results are generated automatically and usually arrive within 30-60 seconds after submitting the request. Actual time depends on: • system load, • number of simultaneously processed requests, • specifics of the selected country or database. In rare cases, processing may take longer, but we always strive to provide a response as quickly as possible.
What to do if the search yielded no results?
Check data accuracy – Make sure you entered the correct company name, TIN or registration code. – Try removing extra words or using only part of the name. Use alternative data – If search by name didn't work, try searching by registration code (IDNO) or TIN. Check region/country – The company may be registered in a different jurisdiction. Specify the country and repeat the search. Contact support – If the company definitely exists but is not in the search results, write to our support service. – We will check manually and update the database if necessary.
Which countries are supported for search?
The service operates in more than 20 countries of Europe and CIS, including Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Romania, Czech Republic, Poland and others. The list is constantly expanding.
Where does the data come from?
We use only official government sources: • court registries, • company financial indicators, • registration data (TIN, IDNO, licenses, etc.), always in the country where the company is registered. Company reviews are added by users of our platform. Each review undergoes manual moderation with mandatory document verification (for example, CMR, invoices, bills). This excludes cheating and the appearance of unreliable reviews. Thus, the reports combine: • official data from government registries, • verified user reviews. This allows us to form the most objective picture of the company.
How up-to-date is the data?
The database is updated daily. In different countries, the update frequency depends on the operation of government registries (from several hours to several days).
What pricing plans do you have?
We offer a flexible pricing system: • One-time checks — convenient for those who need to check 1-2 companies. • Request packages (from 10 to 500) — the larger the package, the lower the price per request. • Corporate tariffs — take into account the number of employees who will use the account, as well as the frequency of service use. You can choose a tariff for your tasks — from one-time use to a full corporate subscription.
Is there CRM integration or API?
Currently, we are working on creating our own API that will allow integrating our service into CRM and ERP systems for automatic company checks. API will be available to corporate clients and will provide: • automatic verification of new counterparties when adding them to CRM, • bulk checks by company lists, • flexible reports in the required format (JSON, Excel, PDF), • secure data exchange through protected connection.
